Ensure that all vendors you select are working with your budget. This service also includes tracking deposits, payments and expenditures made, and keeping you advised on the status of your budget should any concerns arise. Reminders will be given in advance of any payment due date.

                                                                                                  

The day of the event YHD will be on site to offer direction to all participants and vendors, ensuring that everyone knows their roles and responsibilities, and they are being performed as agreed. The details of the event are taken care of.

                                                                                               

Develop and oversee a schedule of all planning related tasks activities. Provide logistical coordination between contracted vendors. Provides budget management and on site coordination. We can also provide travel arrangement assistance.

Starter Service Not sure how to get started? This service is for you. YHD will meet with you and assess your needs, help you select vendors reflective on those needs and budget.  We will contact vendors and confirm availability, then provide you with list of vendors.  This service includes:

• One hour and a half consultation (on the phone or in person)
• A list of vendors provided one week after contract is signed

                                                                                                       

This service is for couples who wish to plan the entire wedding, but would like someone to oversee the day.  YHD will make sure that everything you have selected and contracted for are taken care of in a timely and efficient manner.  This service includes:

• Planning session to develop Wedding Day timeline
• Wedding Day Itinerary
• Reception Supervision
• Overseeing of vendors

                                                                                                     

This service is for couples who are beginning to feel overwhelmed and would like someone to come in and provide that relief.  YHD will come in 2-3months before your wedding and help make your day memorable and stress free. This service includes:

• Planning session to develop Wedding Day timeline
• Wedding Day Itinerary
• Reception Supervision
• Walkthrough of ceremony and reception site
• Review of all wedding contracts and service agreements
• Attendance at final session with caterers, ceremony and reception site managers
• Provide unlimited email access
• Assist in wedding rehearsal direction(optional)
